What is the quality of the preview photos on the web site? All photo proofs on mppics.com are reduced-size, low-quality versions of the original digital files. How do I place an order for prints? You can place an order for prints using the online order form on mppics.com. Simply fill out the form with all the required fields and list the event along with the 4-digit code for each photo you would like a print of, and what size print you would like for each photo. Once you submit your order you will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours confirming your order and it will also include your total cost including shipping and available payment options. What kind of prints am I going to get with my order? All prints that are ordered from mppics.com are high-quality, professionally printed photos. How can I pay for my order? You can pay for your order using cash, check, PayPal, or any major credit card. PayPal is easy to sign up for and provides a secure method for online transactions that is currently used by over 100 million businesses and consumers worldwide. How much do prints cost and what sizes are available? A complete price and size list, as well as pricing for custom collages can be found on the pricing information page. How long does it take to receive my order once it is placed? Once you place an order via email or by using the order form on mppics.com you will be sent a confirmation of your order, the total cost including shipping, and available payment options to your email account. Once we receive your payment your prints will be made and shipped out to you via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the size of the prints in your order, you will usually receive your order within a week of receiving your payment. Collage orders may take a little longer. What do I need to do to order a collage? If you would like a custom made collage, you can use the online order form to list the photos you would like included in the collage and the print size you would like the collage print to be made into. We can make collages with as few as five photos or as many as you would like included. After a collage order is placed, a small preview of the collage will be available for your review once it is finished to get your feedback and/or approval to go ahead with the making of the collage print. Collage prints start at 8x10 and go up to 20x30. What kind of equipment do you use? I use Canon digital bodies with Canon professional lenses and Canon flashes. How can I contract MP Pics to take photos at an event? If you would like MP Pics to attend a sports event to take photos of a specific person, an entire team, or a complete event, please fill out the contact form. We will let you know if our schedule will allow for us to come and take photos of the event. The earlier you get in touch with us prior to the event, the more likely it will be that we will be able to attend.
